Flomo Services collects the information you voluntarily submit through our website enquiry form, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, service interest and message.

How we use the information

We use enquiry information to respond to your request, understand the support you may require and communicate with you about the relevant service. We do not use this form as a substitute for a secure client document portal.

Sensitive financial information

Please do not send passwords, banking credentials, tax portal credentials or confidential accounting files through the public enquiry form. Where an engagement requires documents or financial data, a controlled transfer method should be agreed separately.
